Interpersonal skills coaching focuses on building positive relationships, active listening, and emotional intelligence. Considering both personal and professional contexts, the coaching includes setting and keeping fair boundaries as well as making repairs to broken down relationships.

Learning and others
Elliot offers coaching on how to learn. Ironically not often taught well in schools, with his psychological knowledge, he believes that that most anyone can learn anything with the right tools and approach.
